How to Link an Activity or Task to a Ticket

Follow the given steps to link an activity to a ticket.
- Go to the activity detail page to which you want to link the ticket.
- Select the Link Ticket under the Linked Items section on the right sidebar.
- In the dialog box that appears, search and select the ticket you want to associate with the activity.
Alternatively, you can also link an activity to a ticket using the Create Activity dialog by following the steps below:
- Go to the ticket details page and navigate to the Activities tab.
- Click the Create Activity button.
- Scroll to the Ticket field.
If an activity is created from the ticket details page, the current ticket is directly linked to it.
To change a ticket, follow the given steps.
- Click the Ticket field.
- Search for the ticket you want to link.
- Select the ticket to confirm.
The activity will be linked to the ticket.
You can also examine the linked activities on the ticket detail page under the Activities tab.
