Adding a Comment to an Activity

To add a comment to an activity, follow the given steps:
- Click the Activities module and select the activity to which you need to add a comment.
- Add a comment to the comment section and click Update. While adding a comment to an activity, you can change the status if required.
When the activity creator is a logged-in user and the activity status is either ‘Waiting for the Customer’ or ‘On Hold’, the update button will automatically set the status to ‘Open’. However, the user can change the status if needed.
The updated comments will be listed below the Comments tab.
