BoldDesk Marketplace Guide: Install & Configure Apps Easily
The BoldDesk Marketplace is a centralized platform for discovering and installing applications that enhance helpdesk functionality and improve customer support workflows.

Follow the given steps to view the marketplace:

Select Admin module in the left menu.

Choose marketplace from the Apps menu to view the apps as shown below.
Install and configure apps
Follow the given steps to install apps:
- Select an app from the marketplace. The details screen will be displayed as follows;
- Overview tab displays the basic information and supported features.
- Installation tab shows details on how to install and configure.
- More Info section shows the app version, support email and other information.
- Click the Install button in the top palette to open a configuration screen with the following sections:
- Account (Connects with Jira account using API key)
- Action (Maps the triggers and actions between BoldDesk and Jira)
- Mapping (Maps the status and priority and chooses the Jira project to be linked)
- Permission (Select the agent roles who can access this app)
- Click the Save option to install the app in BoldDesk and be redirected to the My Apps page. Explore Managing Installed Apps.
Install and Configure Custom Apps
The custom app allows you to display information from an external source on the ticket details, contact, and contact group page, such as customer information, revenue, order details, and more.
BoldDesk calls your HTTPS end-point URL and displays the response when you click the custom app in the apps section of the ticket detail page. If you select a specific payload option while creating a custom app, the payload data will be sent to your HTTPS end-point URL. Learn How to Add and Manage Custom Apps.
Marketplace Apps Language Support
Marketplace apps provide multilingual support for all available languages in BoldDesk. Explore List of Languages Supported in BoldDesk.
Limitation: If a third-party app does not support your selected language, English content will be displayed by default.
