Creating approval request
Follow the steps given to create an approval request for a ticket:
- Open a ticket that needs to be approved.
- Click the Approval tab and click the Create Approval Request button to open create approval dialog.
- Search and select your approvers.
- After you’ve selected two or more approvers, select the To be approved by menu.
Approval criterias:
Options | Explanation |
---|---|
Anyone | You need confirmation from someone that you have been selected as an approver. |
Everyone | You must have all necessary approvals to confirm your selection. |
Majority | You must obtain majority approval from the selected approvers. |
- The subject is required, while the additional detail field is optional.

6. Click the Create button to create approval request.
