How to Share an Approval Request Link

Follow the given steps to share an approval request link with a user:

  1. Open a ticket at which you need to copy the approval request and navigate to the Approvals tab.

  2. To copy the request link, click the highlighted icon.

    The message “Link copied” will be displayed as shown below. You can share the copied link.
