Using Permalinks for Specific Ticket Message


Each comment in a ticket has a shareable permalink URL. Using this permalink URL, you can directly load and highlight the specific updates. Options for copying the customer portal URL and agent portal URL are available.

Note: If the ticket is private or a message is a private note, the option to copy the customer portal URL will not be visible.
