What are the Quick Actions Available for Tickets

The following quick actions can be performed from the Ticket List page without opening a ticket.

  1. Adding a worklog
  2. Adding a private note
  3. Adding/removing tags
  4. Summarize
  5. Preview
  6. Delete

Quick actions are available in both card and grid views of the ticket.

Also, the card view has quick inline properties for edit actions to change the followings:

  1. Category
  2. Assignee
  3. Priority
  4. Resolution Due
  5. Status

Click the particular field in the card view to open an edit field pop-up window. If an agent doesn’t have permission to edit a particular field, then the edit option may not appear.
