Keyboard Shortcuts for Improving Productivity

Using keyboard shortcuts will help in improving the agent’s productivity. Following are the shortcuts available for the agent portal.

These are a good start.  Could we have some more added, please?  For example:


From a ticket...

  • Open canned responses.
  • Apply the current canned response (without affecting the open ticket).
  • Update the ticket as waiting on the customer (and other statuses).
  • Move to the next ticket.
