- When you use the print option, the document will only include public messages.
Steps to Print a Ticket
Print ticket option is available for both Agent and Customer Portals in BoldDesk.
Print Ticket in the Agent Portal
- In the agent portal, Open the Ticket Detail Page
Navigate to the ticket you want to print. - Access Print Option
Click More Options and select Print Ticket.
- Print or Save as PDF
The print dialog will appear. Choose your printer or select Save as PDF to download the ticket.
Print Ticket in the Customer Portal
- In the customer portal, Open the Ticket Detail Page
Navigate to the ticket you want to print. - Click on the print option on top of the ticket.
- Print or save as PDF.
