How to Export Agents in BoldDesk

BoldDesk provides a convenient way to export agent data directly from the Agent Listing Page. This feature is especially useful for administrators who need to analyze agent information, maintain records, or share data externally.

Steps to Export Agents

  1. Login to your BoldDesk Agent Portal.
  2. Go to the Agents listing page.
  3. Click on export.

  1. Once the export is initiated, the file will be downloaded automatically. You can check your Downloads folder to open the file.
  • The Agents will be exported based on the current status tab. For instance: If you are in the “All” tab, all agents will be exported. If you are in the “Deactivated” tab, then deactivated agents will be exported.
  • When exporting Agents, only the predefined system fields (User ID, Name, Email, Roles, Last Seen, and Status) are included. Custom fields and other system fields are not exported.

Permissions

Only Agents granted the “Manage Agents” permission within the Admin module are authorized to carry out the actions explained above.
