How to Restore Deleted Tickets in BoldDesk
In BoldDesk, deleting a ticket is typically a soft delete, which means the ticket is removed from active ticket views and moved to the Deleted Tickets view. From there, you can restore the ticket if it was deleted by mistake. Deleted tickets can be restored within 30 days from the Deleted Tickets view.
If you permanently delete a ticket using Delete Forever, the ticket cannot be recovered.
