How to Manage Facebook Pages in BoldDesk
BoldDesk empowers users to manage their Facebook pages efficiently. Therefore, users can perform various actions including seamless mapping of pages with specific brands and groups, adding, editing, deleting, activating, and deactivating their Facebook pages.
Edit a Facebook page in BoldDesk
Follow the given steps to edit a Facebook Page:

Click Admin > Chat > Facebook > View Accounts > Manage.

Click the Kebab icon (⁝) and select Edit to modify your Facebook page.

Modify the page details on the edit Facebook page.
Activate a Facebook page in BoldDesk
Follow the steps to activate a Facebook page:

Click Admin > Chat > Facebook > View Accounts > Manage.

Click the Inactive page list column.

From the page list, click the Kebab icon (⁝) and select Activate.

Click the Yes, Activate button in the confirmation dialog to activate a Facebook page.
Deactivate a Facebook page in BoldDesk
Follow the given steps to deactivate a Facebook page:

Click Admin > Chat > Facebook > View Accounts > Manage.

Click the Active page list column.

From the page list, click the Kebab icon (⁝) and select Deactivate.

Click the Yes, Deactivate button in the confirmation dialog to deactivate a Facebook page.
Delete a Facebook page in BoldDesk
Follow the given steps to delete a Facebook page:

Click Admin > Chat > Facebook > View Accounts > Manage.

From the page list, click the Kebab icon (⁝) and select Delete.
