How to Map Your Facebook Page Across Multiple Brands and Groups in BoldDesk

BoldDesk facilitates seamless mapping of pages with specific brands and groups, enhancing organizational structure and communication efficiency.

It also enables the linking of each Facebook page to a specific brand and group, providing seamless brand-to-page mapping.

Mapping a brand and group

Follow the steps below to add a brand and group with a Facebook page.

1. Click Admin > Chat > Facebook > Manage.
   

   

2. Click Add Page.
   

   

3. Select the specific Brand and Group from the dropdown list.

4. Click Next to continue the linking process of the Facebook page.
   

   

Editing a brand and group

Follow the steps below to edit the Brand and Group mapping for a Facebook page.

1. Click Admin > Chat > Facebook > Manage.
   
   
2. Click Edit.
   
   
3. Select the brand you want to change from the dropdown menu.
4. Click Next to continue the edit Facebook page process.
