Manage Pipedrive Information in BoldDesk

The Pipedrive app is currently under review and has yet to be released. However, it will be available soon.
Once the Pipedrive app has been installed, you can directly manage Pipedrive information through the ticket, contact, and contact group modules of BoldDesk.
View Pipedrive information
- Pipedrive’s person can only be viewed in the contact and ticket modules.
- Pipedrive’s deals and organization can be viewed in the Contact, Contact Group, and Ticket modules.
- Click the Persons, Organizations, and Deals tabs to access the mapped Pipedrive details.
- Expand any person, organization, or deals section to view detailed information.
- Click the person, organization, or deal name to be redirected to the corresponding Pipedrive page.
Create Pipedrive Person in BoldDesk
If the person is not in Pipedrive,
- Click Create Person to add a new one.
- Enter the required person information to create a new person.
Create Pipedrive Organization in BoldDesk
Organizations can only be created in the contact group module.
- To create a new organization, click Create Organization.
- Enter the required organization details to create a new organization.
Create Pipedrive Deal in BoldDesk
To create a new deal in BoldDesk,
- Click Create Deal on the App page.
- Enter the required deal information to create a new deal.
