How to Apply Dark Mode theme in the Customer Portal

Administrators can change the theme of the customer portal using the configuration options available in the agent app.

To change the dark theme, follow the given steps:

  1. Go to Admin page > Customer Portal settings and navigate to the Customization tab.

  2. Select the specific brands for which you want to apply the dark theme configuration.
  3. Choose the Dark option under Theme Customization and proceed to update your settings.
