How to Enable Dark Mode in the BoldDesk Customer Portal

Dark Mode is part of BoldDesk’s Customer Portal Customization settings. It applies only to the Customer Portal interface and affects:

Theme settings are managed per brand and do not affect the Agent Portal or Admin interface.
