The following are steps on how to configure Telegram to BoldDesk:

  1. Sign in to BoldDesk.

  2. Click Admin > Chat > Telegram.

  3. Click the Install button to connect Telegram with BoldDesk.

  4. Click Manage to manage Telegram accounts.

  5. Click Add Account.

  6. Enter Name, Bot auth token, Brand, Group (Optional) and click Verify & Continue.

  7. Enable the options below based on your requirements and click the Save option.
