Managing Telegram Accounts in BoldDesk

BoldDesk enables users to efficiently manage their Telegram accounts by enabling seamless account mapping to specific brands and groups. Users can also easily add, edit, delete, activate, and deactivate their Telegram accounts.
How to add a Telegram account
Follow the given steps to add a Telegram account in BoldDesk:
- Navigate to Admin > Chat > Telegram > Manage.
- Click Add Account.
- Enter a Name, provide the Bot Auth Token, and select a Brand and Group.
- Click on Verify & Continue.
- Enable or disable the options in the Message Configuration based on your requirements and click the Save button.
How to edit a Telegram account
Follow the given steps to edit a Telegram account:
- Navigate to Admin > Chat > Telegram > Manage.
- In the account list column, choose the account you want to edit.
- After selecting the preferred account, click the kebab menu and select Edit.
- Navigate to the Edit Account page and modify the account details as needed.
- Click Save.
Deleting a Telegram account
Follow the given steps to delete a Telegram account:
- Navigate to Admin > Chat > Telegram > Manage.
- Click the kebab menu (⋮) and select Delete.
- Click the Yes, Delete button in the confirmation dialog to delete the Telegram account.
How to activate a Telegram account
Follow the given steps to activate a Telegram account:
- Navigate to Admin > Chat > Telegram > Manage.
- Navigate to the Inactive account list column.
- From the account list, click the kebab icon (⋮) and select Activate.
- Click the Yes, Activate button in the confirmation dialog to activate the Telegram account.
How to deactivate a Telegram account
Follow the given steps to deactivate a Telegram account:
- Navigate to Admin > Chat > Telegram > Manage.
- Navigate to the Active Account List column.
- From the account list, click the kebab icon (⋮) and select Deactivate.
- Click the Yes, Deactivate button in the confirmation dialog to deactivate the Telegram account.
