Why CC and Contact Group Fields Are Not Shown in the Widget

CC Field Visibility in the Widget

To maintain system security and prevent spam from unauthorized or non-logged-in users, the CC field is intentionally hidden on the web form, web widget, and anonymous ticket submission pages.

Display of Contact Group Field in the Widget

At this time, the Contact form within the widget displays only the standard fields: Name, Email, Phone Number, Subject, and Description. The Contact Group fields are not available in the widget, as they are intended solely for use within the agent portal.

When a user submits a ticket through the widget, a contact is automatically created based on the details provided. You can then assign this contact to the appropriate Contact Group from the agent portal.
