How to Display the Time Zone Field During User Sign-Up

Adding a time zone field in the sign up form helps you to capture accurate user local time settings during the sign-up.
Step by Step Guide for Setting Time Zone
- Go to the Admin Center.
- Select Fields and Forms>User Fields module.
- Locate the Time Zone field, then click Edit icon next to it.
- Enable the Configurations for the Customer Portal.
- Mark the checkbox next to the Visible in Sign Up Form option.
- Click Update Field to save the changes.
Note: Only agents with the Manage Fields and Forms permission can manage these settings.
