How to Display the Time Zone Field During User Sign-Up

Adding a time zone field in the sign up form helps you to capture accurate user local time settings during the sign-up.

Step by Step Guide for Setting Time Zone

  1. Go to the Admin Center.
  2. Select Fields and Forms>User Fields module.
  3. Locate the Time Zone field, then click Edit icon next to it.
  4. Enable the Configurations for the Customer Portal.
  5. Mark the checkbox next to the Visible in Sign Up Form option.
  6. Click Update Field to save the changes.

Note: Only agents with the Manage Fields and Forms permission can manage these settings.
