How to Activate, Deactivate, or Delete a Web Form

Deactivating a Web Form

To deactivate web form, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Web Forms module.
  2. Click the more option menu and select Deactivate for a confirmation dialog to appear.

  1. On the confirmation dialog, click on Yes, Deactivate button.

Note: The deactivated web forms will be displayed in the inactive category.

Activating a Web Form

To activate a web form, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Web Forms module and select the Inactive tab.
  2. Click the more option menu and select Activate for a confirmation dialog to appear.

  1. On the confirmation dialog, click on the Yes, Activate button.

Deleting a Web Form

To delete the web form, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Web Forms module.
  2. Click the more option menu and select Delete for a confirmation dialog to appear.

  1. On the confirmation dialog, click on the Yes, Delete button.

For activating, deactivating, or deleting a web form, an agent should have the Manage settings permission assigned to his or her role. Refer to this article to know more about Roles and permission.
