Using BoldDesk AI Copilot and AI Agents to Deliver Language-Specific Support
An AI Copilot is an assistant embedded in software to help users work efficiently by suggesting, automating tasks, and boosting productivity. An AI Agent is a more autonomous system capable of making decisions, initiating actions, and completing tasks with minimal human input. AI Copilots and AI Agents in BoldDesk both use Knowledge Base (KB) content, Web Pages, Files, Questions and Answers to generate responses based on user queries. KB articles can be written in any supported language, and the AI will suggest or generate replies using the published content.

- The AI Copilot supports multiple languages, automatically detects the user query language, and responds accordingly—even if the source content is in a different language, as long as relevant information is available. Check the List of Languages Supported in BoldDesk.
- Customers cannot use AI Copilot in BoldDesk; however, they can only use it for searching the Knowledge Base in the Customer Portal. They can access this feature on the Knowledge Base home page by entering their question in the search bar. The first response displayed on the search results page will be generated by AI. - You may utilise both AI Agents and AI Copilot without restrictions, provided your subscription is active under the respective plans.
