Updated:

This article provides a comprehensive guide on how trial periods function in BoldDesk and the steps to reactivate an account once the trial expires.

What is a Trial Period?

A trial period is a predefined time frame during which users can explore BoldDesk’s features free of charge. This allows users to evaluate the platform’s capabilities before committing to a paid subscription.

Key Features of Trial Periods:

  • Users are granted full access to all features available in BoldDesk.
  • The standard trial period lasts 15 days.
  • Once the trial expires:

The account enters a suspended state after a short grace period.
Eventually, the account is deleted if not upgraded.

  • The trial will automatically end unless it is extended or upgraded to a paid plan.

Reactivation Process

After the trial period ends, you can reactivate your account through either of the following methods:

Option 1: Self-reactivation

Use the Subscription section in the application to upgrade your plan and reactivate your account.

Option 2: Request support assistance

Email us at support@bolddesk.com with your request. Our team will assist in reactivating your account and provide the necessary invoice details.
