How to Export Migrated Tickets

1 min read
Updated:

Migrated tickets can be exported using the Ticket External Reference ID, which is automatically provided with the vendor’s ticket ID during migration. This makes it easy to use advanced filters to identify and export migrated tickets.

If the number of tickets to be exported exceeds the limit, you can export them in smaller batches by applying multiple date ranges instead of selecting the entire range in a single request.

Filtering and exporting tickets

  1. Go to Ticket Views > Filters > Advanced Filters.
  2. Set the following conditions:
    • Ticket External Reference ID → Is not empty (lists all migrated tickets)
    • Created On → Between → Desired time range (e.g., 01.01.2023–01.01.2025)
  3. Click Apply to filter tickets. Then click Export.
  4. Select the required ticket fields and click Next and choose the preferred file format, configure CC fields, and set the time zone.
  5. Click Export to finalize ticket export. The export report will be sent to your email ready for download.
