How to Translate Agent Response to Preferred Customer Language
Customers can submit queries in their native languages. With AI Copilot enabled, agents can translate these queries into a language they understand, both in chats and ticket replies. After understanding the customer’s intent, agents must respond in the customer’s language, using the same translation feature to ensure clear communication. Please find the steps below on how to achieve this:
- In the reply editor, type the response in your native language.
- Click on AI Assist and select the translate option.
- Select the customer language as the target language and generate the response.
- Once the response is translated, you can send it to the customer.
Currently, the agent is required to specify the target language for the AI Assist to carry out the translation, as it is unable to automatically identify the customer’s native language.
