Steps to use AI assistant in chat conversations

  1. Go to the Chat module, open the relevant conversation, and enter your response in the reply editor.

  2. Click the AI Assist button on the editor toolbar and choose one of the following options:

    • Translate: Convert your message into another language.
    • Elaborate: Add more detail to your response.
    • Correct Grammar: Fix grammatical errors automatically.
    • Shorten: Make lengthy messages shorter and more concise.
    • Rephrase: Express your message differently to avoid repetition or improve tone.

Access permissions for AI features

Administrators can manage user access to AI tools by assigning permissions. Ensure that your administrator has enabled permissions such as Rephrase, Correct Grammar, Elaborate, Shorten, or Translate so you can utilize these features whenever required.
