How to Purchase AI Copilot Agent seats in BoldDesk Active Subscription
This article provides a detailed guide on purchasing AI Copilot Agent seats while using an active subscription. Follow these steps to upgrade your plan and customize it to include AI-powered features that optimize your business operations.

- Navigate to Admin → Billing & Subscription.
Log into BoldDesk, go to the Admin module, then click Billing & Subscription.
- Purchase AI Copilot
On the Billing and Subscription page under AI Copilot, click on “Purchase AI Copilot.”
- Update AI Copilot
On the Update AI Copilot page that pops up, enable AI Copilot if it is not yet enabled.
Once you have enabled AI Copilot, update the number of agents and click on continue.
- If AI Copilot is activated during the subscription cycle, charges will be prorated for the remaining duration.
- In subsequent invoices, whether monthly or yearly, AI Copilot will be listed as a separate line item in your subscription billing.
- Update Payment
Update the payment and click on update to purchase the AI Copilot.
