How to View Original Email Message for Messages Updated via Email

Agents can view original email for a message that is updated via email.

To view the original email message, click the more option of the message which is updated via email.

Select the View Original Email option.

Note: Original email message can be viewed only for the messages updated via email.

A dialog box will appear in which the agent can view all the details about the email.
