How to hide or deactivate predefined system default ticket views

The Ticket module for agents displays some predefined system views by default.
However, if you want to disable or hide predefined views, follow these steps.
- Go to Admin -> Ticket Views
- Select Ticket View which you want to hide or remove and click Deactivate.
Note: All Tickets view cannot be deactivated. Refer to this document for more information on ticket views.
