How to Print a Ticket in BoldDesk Easily

This article explains how to print a ticket in BoldDesk. Printing a ticket in BoldDesk allows you to create a physical copy or save it as a PDF for record-keeping and sharing.

Benefits: Quick offline access and easy sharing.
Limitations: Printed tickets do not include dynamic updates or interactive elements.

  • Before printing a ticket, ensure that all updates and images are fully loaded. If some details or images are missing, refresh the page and wait for everything to appear before printing. This usually happens if the page hasn’t fully loaded.
  • When you use the print option, document will only include public messages.

Steps to Print a Ticket

Print ticket option is available for both Agent and Customer Portals in BoldDesk.

Print Ticket in the Agent Portal

  1. In the agent portal, Open the Ticket Detail Page
    Navigate to the ticket you want to print.
  2. Access Print Option
    Click More Options and select Print Ticket.

  3. Print or Save as PDF
    The print dialog will appear. Choose your printer or select Save as PDF to download the ticket.

Print Ticket in the Customer Portal

  1. In the customer portal, Open the Ticket Detail Page
    Navigate to the ticket you want to print.
  2. Click on print option on top of the ticket.
