Creating Tickets Without Logging into Portal

Customers can create the tickets without logging into the customer portal by utilizing email, widgets, and web forms to submit their tickets.

Email

When customers send an email to your support email addresses, a ticket will be automatically created in your BoldDesk. To learn how to configure your support email channel, refer to this article.

Widgets

The embeddable widget allows you to integrate the ticket form into your company’s website or Help Center, enabling users to initiate ticket creation through the help widget. The generated tickets will be visible in both the agent and customer portals. To learn how to embed a widget on an external site, refer to this article.

Web forms

The web form allows you to integrate the contact form into your company’s website or Help Center. Users can create tickets using the web form, and the generated tickets will be visible in both the agent and customer portals. Note:
To access the created ticket, the user has to log in to the customer portal.
