How to restore a ticket?

The deleted ticket can be restored within 30 days from the Deleted Tickets view. To restore a deleted ticket, go to the “Deleted Tickets” page.

Restore a ticket

1. Click the Restore icon highlighted in the following screenshot.

In the restore dialog, click the Restore Ticket button.

Restoring tickets in bulk

Go to the Deleted Tickets list, select the tickets that you want to restore, and click the Restore option as highlighted in the following screenshots.
