How to update the billing name and address

As an account administrator, you can update your name and address on the Billing details to ensure your invoices and receipts reflect accurate information.

When you update your billing address, your future invoices will be sent to the recently updated address. The billing addresses on previous invoices will remain unchanged.

To update the billing address in the subscription app, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Admin page and click the Billing and Subscription option.

  1. Select the Change option to update your billing address on the subscription app.

  1. You can edit the street name, city, state, country, and postal code in the Edit Billing Address pop-up.
  2. After making the changes, click the Update button.

Once the address is updated, a toast message will be displayed to confirm the update.
