What Are AI Credits?
AI credits are usage units consumed/deducted whenever BoldDesk generates an AI-powered response. Each time the AI Agent or any AI feature creates a reply, credits are deducted based on:

Auto-purchase ensures your AI Agent remains operational without interruption. It allows seamless continuation of AI responses while giving you full control over your AI spending.
What Happens When You Run Out of Credits?
You will be notified when your credit usage hits certain thresholds based on your selected settings. These thresholds include 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, and 100%, with 100% serving as the default alert if no custom limit is set. You may choose one threshold for customized alerts, and you will also receive notifications at the default 100% level, making it two alerts.
After 100% Usage
- AI responses pause and stop generating; however, existing manual and non-AI workflows still continue to operate.
AI Features Resume When:
- Your free credits reset on the cycle date or when you purchase additional credits.
