Credits Overview

Credit Usage Overview provides a real-time summary of how AI credits are allocated and consumed within the current billing cycle. It helps quickly understand remaining balances, usage progress, and the split between free and paid credits, ensuring better monitoring and proactive usage management.

This widget helps monitor credit efficiency and detect early signs of accelerated usage that could lead to premature exhaustion of free or paid credits.

This widget analyzes how long free credits will last before the system switches to paid credits, or shows how long ago the switch already occurred. It helps understand credit transitions.

The Time to Credits Exhaustion widget provides a real-time estimate of how many days remain before your portal consumes all available free and paid AI credits. It highlights both the remaining duration and the projected exhaustion date.

BoldDesk continuously recalculates the projected exhaustion date using live usage data and current consumption trends.

The Purchased This Cycle widget tracks all AI credit purchases made during the current billing cycle, giving clear visibility into credit acquisition activity and spend control.

  • If no purchases occurred, the widget displays a “No purchases this cycle” indicator.

Daily Credits Consumption (Actual & Forecast)

The Daily Credits Consumption (Actual & Forecast) widget visualizes actual credit usage till today and projects future consumption based on actual daily consumption rate until the end of the billing cycle. It also displays the expected daily consumption.

Credits Balance Forecast (Until Exhaustion)

A visualization presents the daily credit balance according to actual usage till today and forecasts the daily actual consumption of the credit balance from tomorrow until the end of the billing cycle.

  • Remaining credits plotted across recent days

This view allows to identify exactly when to replenish credits or adjust AI workload distribution.

6. Does changing the Free → Paid switch affect historical data?
No. The switch only affects future consumption behavior. Historical usage remains unchanged.
