AI Credits enable you to utilize BoldDesk AI Agent features on a usage-based pricing model. This guide explains how to purchase credits, enable auto-purchase, monitor, and manage usage effectively.
How to Purchase AI Credit Packs
Follow these simple steps to purchase an AI credit pack:
- Log in to your BoldDesk account.
- Navigate to Billing & Subscription.
- In the Subscription menu (left sidebar), select AI Agent credits.
- Click Purchase Pack and complete the payment.
Enable Auto-Purchase for AI Credits
You can activate Auto Purchase to automatically renew credits once your balance depletes.
During Purchase
You can enable auto-purchase while purchasing the AI Agent credit.
Anytime During Your Cycle
You can also enable auto-purchase later through your subscription settings.
Example Scenario
If you purchase 1 pack at $20 (which provides 1000 credits), plus receive 250 free credits monthly, your total credits amount to 1250. If credits are depleted before the month ends, Auto Purchase will automatically add another pack.
