By configuring usage alerts and limits, you can maintain oversight, control credit consumption, and ensure AI-powered workflows operate within your organization’s policies.
This guide walks you through how to access, configure, and monitor AI Credit Consumption using the Usage & Alerts settings in the BoldDesk AI module. All steps reflect the latest BoldDesk interface and current AI Agent credit management capabilities.

Prerequisites
Before configuring AI Resolution usage:
- You must be an Administrator or have Manage Billing and Subscription permission.

The Subscription Credits section shows the total monthly subscription credits and how many have been consumed. This offer applies to new customers who begin their subscription on or after June 1, 2026. As a new customer, you will receive complimentary AI credits each month during your first three months.
