How to Filter Customer Replies by Date

Tracking customer replies is essential for maintaining timely communication and ensuring no response goes unnoticed. BoldDesk provides advanced filters and ticket conversation report options to help you filter and monitor customer interactions efficiently.

1. Using Advanced Filter

  1. Go to Ticket views > Filters > switch to advanced filters.
  2. Set the condition:
    Last Replied → Relative Date → Today
    Last Replied By → In → select the desired customers (use the #-symbol to filter for the customers list)
  3. Click Save As, enter a view name, set access permissions, and click Save. Once the view is saved, you can and mark it as favorite for easy access.

2. Using Ticket Conversation Report

  1. Go to Reports module> Ticket Conversation Report.
  2. Set the date filter to Today, and set Updated by User Type to Customer.
  3. Click Save, enter a view name, and confirm to save the report.
