Personalize Agent Portal Settings From a Mobile Device

Agents can customize their portal experience directly from their mobile devices.

General settings define the overall operation of the system, including basic information, default language, time zone, and ticket settings.

These settings allow users to customize the system to their preferences.

Follow the steps to customize your preference:

  1. Click the Profile icon highlighted below.
