Managing Notification in Mobile App

BoldDesk mobile App offers a set of notification rules for notifying agents, with each agent able to customize their notification preferences.
Whenever a BoldDesk event occurs, a mobile push notification is sent according to the event type and user settings.

The following is a list of ticket events available for push notifications.

Events for agent notification

  • Ticket Assigned to agent
  • Ticket Assigned to Group
  • Ticket Replied
  • Notes Added to Ticket
  • Ticket public note added
  • First Reply Time SLA Reminder
  • First Reply Time SLA Escalation
  • Next Reply Time SLA Reminder
  • Next Reply Time SLA Escalation
  • Resolution Time SLA Reminder
  • Resolution Time SLA Escalation

Events for watcher notification

  • Ticket Replied
  • Notes Added to Ticket
  • Ticket public Note Added

How to manage event notification settings

To enable or disable event notifications for the mobile app, click the agent profile icon to navigate to the profile page and then proceed to the notification settings page.

In the notification settings page, click the push notifications in the agent app to enable or disable event notifications.

Agents can disable or enable notification events as needed.
