How to Change the Primary Language in the BoldDesk Portal

To change the primary language on your BoldDesk portal, follow the steps below:
- Go to Admin > Settings > Language.
- In the Primary Language dropdown, select the desired language from the available options.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Note:
- You can change the primary language only if multi-language support is turned off.
- If multi-language is enabled, the primary language setting becomes locked and cannot be modified from the portal.
In such cases, to update the primary language, you must create a support request by dropping us an email at
support@bolddesk.com. Please specify the language you wish to set as the primary language, as it cannot be changed by the customer.
