How to Modify Ticket Properties in Mobile App

Ticket properties can be modified after creating the tickets.
To change the properties of an existing ticket in the mobile app,

  1. Go to the ticket detail page and select the View Details section.

  1. Fill in the details appropriately for the ticket properties to be displayed to the agent for viewing and editing.

Changing requester

To change the requester’s name, click the edit icon and select the new requester to change from a list view.

Updating resolution due

To change the resolution due, click the current due date and update the current due date.

Update the date and time along with the reason, and then click the Save button for a successful due date update.
