How to Manage Facebook Pages in BoldDesk
BoldDesk empowers users to manage their Facebook pages efficiently. Therefore, users can perform various actions including seamless mapping of pages with specific brands and groups, adding, editing, deleting, activating, and deactivating their Facebook pages.
Adding a Facebook page
Follow the given steps to configure a Facebook page in BoldDesk:

Click Admin > Chat > Facebook > Manage.

Click Add Page.

Enter the page name, select the Facebook page, Brand, and Group and then click Next.

Enable the options in the Comments configuration based on your requirements and click Next.

Enable the options in the Messenger configuration based on your requirements and click the Save button.
Editing a Facebook page
Follow the given steps to edit a Facebook page:
- Click Admin > Chat > Facebook > Manage.
- Click the more options icon (:) and select Edit to navigate to the edit page.
- Modify the page details and click Save.
Deleting a Facebook page
Follow the given steps to delete a Facebook page:

Click Admin > Chat > Facebook > Manage.

Click the more options icon (:) and select Delete.

Click the Yes, Delete button in the confirmation dialog to delete the Facebook page.
Deactivating Facebook page
Follow the given steps to deactivate a Facebook page:

Click Admin > Chat > Facebook > Manage.

Click the more options icon (⁝) and select Deactivate.

Click the Yes, Deactivate button in the confirmation dialog to deactivate the Facebook page.
Activating a Facebook page
Follow the given steps to activate a Facebook page:

Click Admin > Chat > Facebook > Manage.

Click more options icon (⁝) and select Activate.

Click the Yes, Activate button in the confirmation dialog to activate the Facebook page.
