How to Reauthenticate Facebook in BoldDesk

To reauthenticate Facebook in BoldDesk, following the given steps:

1. Sign in to BoldDesk.
2. Click Admin > Chat > Facebook.
   
   
3. Click the Reauthenticate option to reauthenticate Facebook in BoldDesk.
   
   
4. Next, log in to Facebook or continue with the account you’re already logged into.
5. Click on Edit previous settings if you wish to modify the previous settings.
   
   
6. Select the pages you want to connect with BoldDesk and click Continue.
   
   
7. Click Save.
   
   
8. The confirmation page indicates that your account has been successfully connected to BoldDesk. Click Got it to return to BoldDesk.
