Activate a Twilio account in BoldDesk
Follow the given steps to activate the Twilio account in BoldDesk:
- Click Admin > Chat > SMS > Manage.
- Navigate to the Inactive Account List column.
- From the account list, click the Kebab icon (⁝) and select Activate.
- Click the Yes, Activate button in the confirmation dialog to activate the Twilio account.
Deactivate Twilio account in BoldDesk
Follow the given steps to deactivate the Twilio account.
- Click Admin > Chat > SMS > Manage.
- Navigate to the Active Account List column.
- From the account list, click the Kebab icon (⁝) and select Deactivate.
- Click the Yes, Deactivate button in the confirmation dialog to deactivate the Twilio account.
