How to Map Brands and Groups with a Twilio Account in BoldDesk

BoldDesk enables easy mapping of accounts with specific brands and groups, improving organizational structure and communication efficiency.

It also enables you to link each Twilio number to a specific brand and group for seamless brand-to-account mapping.

Mapping a brand and group

Follow the given steps to add a brand and group with a Twilio account:

1. Click Admin > Chat > SMS > Manage.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click Add Number.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Select the specific Brand and Group from the dropdown.
4. Click Next to map the brand and group settings in your Twilio account.
   
   
   
   
   

Editing a brand and group

Follow the given steps to edit a brand and group mapping with a Twilio account:

1. Click Admin > Chat > SMS > Manage.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Navigate to the Active List column.
3. From the account list, click the More Options icon (⋮) and select Edit.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Select the Brand and Group that has to be changed from the dropdown.
5. Click Next to continue editing the brand and group in your Twilio account.
