Managing WhatsApp accounts in BoldDesk
BoldDesk empowers users to manage their WhatsApp accounts efficiently.
Functionality: Users can perform various actions including adding, editing, deleting, activating, and deactivating their WhatsApp accounts.
Brand and Group Mapping: BoldDesk facilitates seamless mapping of accounts with specific brands and groups, enhancing organizational structure and communication efficiency.
Adding WhatsApp account
Follow the given steps to configure the WhatsApp account in BoldDesk:

Click Admin > Chat > WhatsApp > Manage.

Click Add account.

Enter the Name.

Enter WhatsApp Business ID and Phone Number ID that you copied from the Meta developer site.

Click on Verify & Continue.

Enable the options below based on your requirements and click the Save option.
Editing WhatsApp account
The following are steps to edit a WhatsApp account:

Click Admin > Chat > WhatsApp > Manage.

Click the Edit icon and select Edit and then navigate to Edit Account page.

Modify the account details on the edit account page.

Click Update.
Deleting WhatsApp account
Follow the given steps to delete a WhatsApp account:

Click Admin > Chat > WhatsApp > Manage.

Click the Edit icon and select Delete.

Click the Yes, Delete button in the confirmation dialog to delete a WhatsApp Account.
Deactivating WhatsApp account
Follow the given steps to deactivate a WhatsApp account:

Click Admin > Chat > WhatsApp > Manage.

Click the Edit icon and select Deactivate.

Click the Yes, Deactivate button in the confirmation dialog to deactivate a WhatsApp channel.
Activating WhatsApp account
Follow the given steps to activate a WhatsApp account:

Click Admin > Chat > WhatsApp > Manage.

Click the Edit icon and select Activate.

Click the Yes, Activate button in the confirmation dialog to activate a WhatsApp account.
