How to Filter Tickets Based on Status in the Customer Portal

Follow the given steps to filter the tickets based on status in the customer portal:

  1. Find the Status filter option on the upper left corner of the Customer Portal.

  2. You can filter all your tickets and the tickets you have been CC’d on according to the selected status.

Note: You can also select multiple status options to filter the tickets.
