How to Change Predefined Views Name in BoldDesk

Predefined ticket views are default system views in BoldDesk. You can rename them to suit your preference, as shown in the following screenshot.

Note: You can only change the names of predefined views, but not their content. The changes you make will be visible to everyone, and agents cannot modify the names of predefined views for their personal use.

To change the predefined view name, follow the given steps.

  1. Access the agent portal, which automatically directs you to the ticket module. You can find the predefined ticket views on the left side.
  2. Click the More option near the desired view to modify its name and choose Edit Settings.

  1. Type your preferred name to change the view’s name.

Note:
To access ticket views, agents should enable the Manage ticket views permission box.
