Using Ticket Views or Saved Filters

The two filters available to filter the tickets on the ticket list page for agents are:
- Basic filters – Support quick and straightforward ticket sorting using a limited set of predefined system fields.
- Advanced filters – Offer a more powerful and flexible way to filter tickets, supporting both system and custom fields.
You may apply filters to the tickets and save them for future use. In addition to these, several predefined filters are also provided. To learn more about using these filters, please refer to the following articles: Using Basic filters and Using Advanced Filters.
How to Clear or Discard Ticket View Filters
To remove the applied filter from the created ticket view, please click the Eraser icon located at the top of the ticket view. This action will clear the active filter and display all tickets. The steps are illustrated below.
